Resolved - Intermittent cases of the Expert Capture system were observed where data could not be loaded and displayed in the Editor, Distribution Center, Insights, and in some cases in the Library in the Vantage app. A rogue database query was identified as the culprit and has been resolved through hotfix 3.23.1.
